Mr. Charles Ringera the Chief Executive Officer has issued a rather controversial order that no graduate will enter the job market without producing the clearance certificate from helb. The policy which is in the making and can be implemented very soon will affect many students in Moi University since majority of students relies on helb for education support. This rule will apply to both helb beneficiary and non-beneficiaries. The news is not likely to be received by students. How can one be expected to pay the loan without getting the job first?
