a student wanted to know how the boyfriend would react if she left without telling him where she had gone. So she decided to write him a letter saying she is tired of him and didn't want to live with him anymore and after writing she put the letter on the table in the room and then hid under the bed...   When the boyfriend came back from lecture, saw the letter and read it, he replied on the same paper and then began to sing and dance changing his clothes. HELB SHOCKER TO THE STUDENTS

Mr. Charles Ringera the Chief Executive Officer has issued a rather controversial order that no graduate will enter the job market without producing the clearance certificate from helb. The policy which is in the making and can be implemented very soon will affect many students in Moi University since majority of students relies on helb for education support. Any graduate who wants to be employs will be recurred to produce a clearance certificate from helb or have a part with K sh 1000 in order to get the certificate to either prove that the graduate is servicing the loan or has cleared it before being allowed to start a job. This rule will apply to both helb beneficiary and non-beneficiaries. The news is not likely to be received by students. How can one be expected to pay the loan without getting the job first? Is helb a help or a hell?
